I noticed on the screenshot that the "Hand Icon" is hovered on top of a clickable shape, which likely triggered the "Hand Icon" to be displayed during the interaction. To disable this, you may try to right click on the shape to remove the hand cursor option.
I know our team is looking into an issue where that hand icon won't disappear when viewed on an iOS mobile device when all the player features are disabled.
That's a bug they're looking into, and if it matches what you're seeing I can let you know here as soon as I have more information!
