Have an issue in menu tabs in storyline 2

Hi,
I am having an issue in menu tabs (menu, notes, resources).
Due to localization i've changed the order to start from right menu(in arabic "القائمة"), notes then resources like the following screenshot:
but unfortunately when the course is starting it get viewed the resources "الموارد" tab not menu that is wrong.
Is there any work around to solve that issue???
i am using storyline 2
