It seems strange that everytime I update Storyline 2 with a patch, it reverts back to a 30 trial version and then when I use the key that has been registered to the product (which is prepopulated for me) it says there is a problem with my product key.
Anyone else have this issue when updating the product with a patch?
You'll always need to reactivate with your serial number - which is different than the product key. But since you're getting an error message it may be best to troubleshoot this with our Support team.
