I've a new Storyline 360 course that works great, with one problem, in our LMS (HealthStream), I can't make it progress from "In Progress" to "Complete".
I've been working with our tech support on the publishing side for the LMS but haven't had success yet.
I've taken screenshots of my settings between Storyline, Articulate Quizmaker, and HealthStream and attached them to help.
Was the course originally developed in Storyline 360?
I had a similar issue about a year ago where a course was started in Storyline 2, then converted halfway through development to 360. The course would never trigger LMS completion. I ended up having to rebuild it fresh in 360.
I assume this is not something you can replicate in SCORM Cloud? If you can, we would certainly want to take a look at the .story file.
It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
The issue does also persist in SCORM Cloud, although I'm not sure what exactly is wrong. I'll try to upload my .STORY file for further review. Thanks for helping!
There is no trigger to actually submit the results on the 8.23 results slide. Results slides come with the trigger, so you must have accidentally deleted it at some point. Add the following trigger to the base layer:

Yes, the course was built in Storyline 360 from scratch, pulling in new Engage and Quizmaker sections.
