Having trouble importing quiz template

Hi.

I have attached the template I wish to download.

For some reason it has defaulted to becoming a PDF file.

However, I have used it in the past!

Every time I try to import it, it either acts as  PDF or I right click to mannually open it with Storyline, at which point it request I uninstall storyline.

Please help!
