Having Trouble Publishing Team Slides
Oct 05, 2018
Having difficulty publishing slides to share to team in Storyline 360.
Following directions from https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-360/articles/storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-use-team-slides
Project starts to publish... then crashes... see attached screenshot.
My Process:
- Slides>Team Slides>Share Project
- Create New Project - title of project
- HR (already created in Team Slides)
- Click Add
- Processing crashes during Packaging your slides cycle
Please advise.

Hi there, Mary Beth. When we've seen projects fail to upload to Team Slides, it's been due to a corrupt element on one of the slides. Here's how you can confirm:
If I can narrow it down to a single slide that is unable to preview, I start cutting objects and attempting to preview, undo-ing the cut until I find the object that is corrupted. I'm happy to help you out if you'd like to share your .story file here! Just use the Add Attachment button in your reply, or you can use this link to share it with me privately.
Hi,
I am having the same issue. I receive an error message when after i try to " share selected scenes" the team slides tab.
Hi Nicole,
Sorry for the trouble - but we're here to help!
What's the error message say after you try to share? I'd check first that you're following the steps here, and I'd look at enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here.
Let me know if that resolves the error!
