I developed a simulation using Articulate Storyline. It includes 2 resources. One of the resources, a PowerPoint document works just fine when the user clicks on it; however, the other resource, a Microsoft Word document does not. I've tried removing it and reinserting it. I also tried to create it as a PDF and reinsert it. To no avail... this document will continues to bring an error when the user clicks on that resource.

Hi Kelly,
Is the file name of your Word document/PDF long, or does it contain special characters? If so, modifying the file name might resolve the problem.
