Heading and Menu colours

Greetings Heroes!

Having one of those moments where I am stumped. I'm sure this is very simple too:

How do I change the colour of the "viewed slide" text on the menu and also the player heading?

Colours

I have been through Player > Colours & Effects > Show Advanced Colour Editing 1000 times (almost!) and I can't find where I can change these.
