I successfully published a course a few months using Storyline on HealthStream and within the past few weeks have not been able to get a course to publish without a grey screen and the never ending wait-circle. I've got three courses that need to be published but I can't get them to preview. They have been analyzed on Scormcloud by our ID manager and appear to be fine. I've meticulously followed what I did on the other successfully published course and it doesn't matter. Is there anyone out there who has had the same issue and what did you do to fix it?
Are you publishing for LMS and then uploading to Healthstream? Is that where the error is occurring? Or are you seeing the difficulty when just going through the publishing process locally? If it's the latter, you'll want to confirm that you're working on local project files and then I'd also suggest looking at conducting the repair. If it's specific to issues with Healthstream, you may want to reach out to them and see if something changed in how you need to upload and I would suggest also looking at testing it in a different browser.
