Hi
My storyline software was recently transferred to a new laptop - software removed form old laptop and installed onto new laptop. Now, when I open my storyline files on the new laptop all the layouts have changed. Has it reverted to at standard template and forgotten all the story sizes that I had set on as part of the files on the old laptop? I can't understand why this has happened? Any ideas? I am really stuck. Thanks, Ruth

Hi Ruth,
The layouts and templates were not necessarily transferred with the software itself - you would need to also save those files and load them into the new laptop.
