I'm looking for an easy way to create a "help" button that will appear on every page and will take the learner to a review page in the presentation. Then I need to know how to get them back to where they were in the presentation once they've reviewed... Help!
you could create a layer on the master slide that has the Help information. When they click the Help button this layer would display and when they close the layer, the slide they accessed from would appear.
This may not be the best solution for you, but I have had others use this successfully.
The review screen with the relevant information can be linked with a lightbox button. That way the user can easily see how to close the lightbox window to return the user to their original screen.

Good luck!
