It's been a while since I used those tools (we use Madcap Flare*) but if I recall correctly, one of the most-used output formats is HTML/CSS/JavaScript ("WebHelp"). In that case, you should have the option/ability to insert the Storyline output into your Help system project as a sort of "Web Object". That's the avenue I'd pursue.
* Flare was developed by RoboHelp engineers who left Adobe/Macromedia in 2005 to form Madcap Software, a smaller and nimbler company. Their aim was/is to develop better Help authoring products than the older, legacy-laden RoboHelp which has been reshaped by 3-4 corporate owners over its lifetime.
Theoretically you can import the HTML output from Storyline into Robohelp using an iframe (see menu options on pic). It shows fine on preview and on preview in a browser, but I've not had much success with getting it to still be found when publishing, even when it is inside the RH project directory. But I'm very new to RoboHelp. It might be best to post your Q on a Robohelp forum.
This thread is a bit dated and I've not seen Madcap mentioned recently either. I addressed a question a few years back as you can see here, but did not hear back from that user. Hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist if they have any advice. Good luck!

Thanks Bob!
Out of curiosity - does anyone know if you can imbed storyline into Madcap Flare?
