I was booted out of the Storyline software when I attempted to open one of my courses. It wanted me to sign in, which I did, and now I'm only getting the loading dots...see attachment.
I'm sorry to hear you're unable to sign-in to your desktop app! Try closing out of the application, as well as any related background apps! To do this:
Close the app.
Select the Show hidden icons box.
Right-click on the Articulate icon and select Quit.
Then open the desktop app again and try to sign-in! If that doesn't help, connect with our team so we can take a closer look.
