Hi Carla,

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to sign-in to your desktop app! Try closing out of the application, as well as any related background apps! To do this:

  1. Close the app.
  2. Select the Show hidden icons box.
  3. Right-click on the Articulate icon and select Quit.

Then open the desktop app again and try to sign-in! If that doesn't help, connect with our team so we can take a closer look.
