I published one Articulate Storyline file and I did check the HTML 5 output while publishing it, however now I can't view the file on ipad. When I try to open the file a small play button appears (as expected) and then it asks to download the app and even when I download the app and click to play, nothing happens.
This file was playing a few days back but has suddenly stopped working. This is happening in Safari/ipad but it seems to be working on other browsers.
The file I am talking about is in one of the live courses created by my organisation and I am getting number of error tickets. Please help.
We'd be happy to take a close look at what might be going on with the course. Are you able to share the .story file for the affected course, either here in the thread or privately, so we can help?
I am having a similar problem viewing courses that were published a in 2014 with Storyline 1. Clients shared that they could hear the audio but could not see the slides. Any ideas?
