I'm finally posting my first Storyline course, and I can't get it to track completion. It won't report when I publish to SCORM...and not with TinCan either.
I haven't had this issue before, but used to be a Presenter user. I followed my LMS's publishing settings for Storyline.
Has anyone else had (and solved) this issue?
I can't tell if it is an issue with settings in my file or with the LMS.
Thanks for any help you have to offer. I'm a novice on the LMS side (and not a developer), so not well versed about where to begin my troubleshooting.
Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? This would help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If you're using AICC content please take a look at the article below for testing information:
I took forever to close the loop, but found the issue. We were pointing to the story file rather than the index_lms file, so it was my bad...completely an LMS settings issue.

Hi there Lisa!
Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? This would help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If you're using AICC content please take a look at the article below for testing information:

If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on.
If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
Let us know how it turns out.
Thanks!
Thanks so much Christine. I will go try that and report back.
Sounds good, Lisa!
I hope it goes well, or at least helps us narrow down the issue.
Thanks :)
Christine
Hi Christine,
I took forever to close the loop, but found the issue. We were pointing to the story file rather than the index_lms file, so it was my bad...completely an LMS settings issue.
Thanks,
Lisa
