I don't know what I did wrong, but I've already published and uploaded my course to our LMS and we're going to start enrolling learners Monday morning. I enrolled myself to test that everything was ok, but there's a problem... when I fail the course, it does not register as completed. Only when I pass the course does it show that I've completed it. When I fail, even though I've gone through everything and finished the quiz and gotten to the end of the course, it still shows as in-progress. What's going on??
I figured it out... the problem was that I hadn't changed the default reporting option. The default is passed/incomplete, but I need passed/failed. Thanks!

Hi Michelle, how are you reporting / tracking the data from your e-Learning?
If you click on:
Publish > LMS > REPORTING AND TRACKING > LMS Reporting
and:
Publish > LMS > REPORTING AND TRACKING > Tracking
And also what are your "SCORM package administration" > "Activity completion" settings on your LMS?
