I need help. I have a new MAC and downloaded parallels and windows 10.
I have gotten in 10+ hours on a project on Storyline. Now when on windows (on the Mac) it doesn't let me click open the SL app (or any folders). It makes the mouse disappear to where I have to hit command+option to bring the mouse back but I CAN'T OPEN THE PROGRAM
I went to download SL on my older and slower HP - but will I lose MY WHOLE PROJECT I just worked on??? is there any way to transfer a SL project to another device to keep working on
HELP PLEASE!!

A storyline project is saved in its entirety in the .story file. Transfer that to any device that will run SL, and you will have it all.
Hello Kellee and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing with your software.
I see that you also working directly with Gerald on our support team to get back up and running.
In the meantime, Walt is correct. The software is stored on your local machine, so your normal file transfer protocol should work to get it on the machine needed. This may help too:
