I'm unable to get my url's to publish in my storyline course. In fact, when I check the file it says it's invalid or not found. But when I past the url in Internet Explorer it works just fine and the documents open.
Publishing and Sharing Articulate Storyline Content
If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published as described here (see the link above).
Diane, if your hyperlinks are still not working within the intended publish environment are you able to share the .story file here with us so that we can publish as well?
I've been testing my hyperlinks as a published version to LMS but I'm viewing it before saving it as a zipped file. I have had some problems in the past with replacing a course once it's been downloaded to the LMS so I avoid putting it into the LMS when I'm still testing my content personally.
I've never had this problem with Articulate Studio so this is new to me now that I'm learning how to use Storyline.
I appreciate any suggestions as I've been trying a number of times and ways to ensure my links are working.
If you're not ready to upload the course to your LMS, you could try testing at SCORM Cloud which is a good way to test the entire course, not just hyperlinks. There are some other web options included in this kb article.

I tried moving all the hyperlinks to Resources and they appeared to be good to go but now they are not working either!!!!!!!!
Hi Diane,
If you're publishing locally the hyperlinks may not work/may be blocked. You'll need to publish online.
Here's an excerpt from this Articulate support page. There's more info there describing how you can publish.

Thanks Becky for sharing that link!
