Help: Interaction not working for all users

Hi Helen,

I can imagine that's really frustrating, as you can't always recreate it! 

Some ideas to help narrow down where the issue could be: 

• Are you using the latest update of Storyline 360, Storyline 360, build 3.24.17733.0? 
• What version of Chrome are they using?
• Did you use the classic or modern player at publish?
• Did you add any animations to the multiple-choice items?
• Is the course being viewed at a certain browser size or resolution?

Let me know and that may reveal something to look into further!

I love a bit of troubleshooting, as it helps me learn more about the software. 

• We're using build 3.22 as we need the retry function on assessments and this function isn't working on the newest version
• I know one of the users was using Chrome 72.0.3626.109
• The module was published in a modern player (they look so much better :-) )
• All the slides have a fade transition, but the slide we are having issues has some circles  animating in (grow), these aren't the freeform shapes linked to the interactions, just separated shapes to make the page look better.
• It's published in a standard output

Thanks for those helpful details - and I wanted to let you know Storyline 360, build 3.25.18009.0 is available today. It fixes the issue I believe you've run into where some objects disappeared when viewing courses in Google Chrome 72.

You will need to download and install the latest updates to republish your project and take advantage of the fix. Here's how you can update Storyline 360. 

You mentioned not being able to use Update 24 because of a retry function, if you can share a bit more about that I can help clarify or look into it!
