Help - Is this Email Trigger Action Possible?
Nov 05, 2013
I was looking to have two separate sets of questions (one with 5 and the other with 8) published within a presentation.
The section would read as 5 slides of info, 5 questions, 10 slides of info, 8 questions, and then a final slide with trigger button.
These questions wouldn't really be evaluated. It’s more to indicate that the individual has read the material; a wrong answer would transport back to the slide containing said answer and/or provide a hint. It’s more of a technicality.
However, upon finishing both sets of questions, I want to set up a button/trigger to prompt Outlook and send a pre-populated email with an address/title/message set up. For example:
Email: Admin@HR.Com
Subject: I’ve completed my first day training
Body: I’m sending this email to let you know I’ve worked through all your modules.
It doesn't have to auto-send; just want to make sure the individual just hits send as a final action to complete everything(literally).
Is this possible?
Thank you in advance for reading this and helping me out!

Yes it is, here is a similar thread that provides some info on this topic. Also, be aware of some potential issues with using an email trigger.
Hi Rajiv! I assume you posted here to catch some more community attention since this post changed topics
or you could bypass email all together and just update the "completed" info to a shared document.... Link
