Help me understand....titles

I've noticed there are two different locations for a title.
In the Player settings - To me this would be the title that would show up at the top of the player window for the course.
In the Publish settings - To me this would be the title of the Output Folder.
However, we have noticed that when we changed the title in the Publish settings, it changed the title in the Player settings. Is that the way it should be or should they be for two separate things?
Yesterday I had to change the title in the Publish settings because the original title there was too long when I tried to save it to shared network drive. So I shortened it. But I don't want that to change the title in the Player settings.
Help! I'm so confused on how these two different titles should work.

Hi Tracy,
The titles are one in the same - you can just update it from either location. Also, please remember you'll want to publish to a local drive, and then if needed you can copy the files to a shared network as described here.
