do you want the slide to be larger? You can do that by changing the slide size. But you have to adjust your content to the new size, so maybe this is a lot of work you have to do. I don´t think there is any other way as you can´t zoom into a course in your browser.
You may also want to take a look at the settings you chose for the player/browser settings as shown here. (That tutorial is for Storyline 2, but Storyline 3 and 360 have similar settings and you can access all the tutorials here).
