I've had to lock down the navigation on a compliance module so that learners view all the content. The learner is able to go back to view content they have already seen but can't jump forward. I set the slides properties to 'automatically decide' when revisiting.
I followed the tutorial to set up the slides so there was a variable called 'slide complete' = to false, and a trigger on each slide to adjust the 'slide complete' variable to true when the timeline ends.
Some learners are experiencing the module freezing or locking up on them. Generally this is occurring when they are jumping back to content they have already seen. How do I stop the module from locking up?
Setting the slide property to "automatically decide" when revisiting will reset the "slide complete" variable for some of the slides. Switching the slide property to "resume saved state" will ensure your "slide complete" variable remains when a learner revisits a slide.
