What version of Storyline did you use to build the course?
That's definitely strange! I'm happy to help here and I have a few questions to start:
What browser was the person using who saw the issue?
Have you tried testing it out in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue occurs for them when the course is hosted there? That'll give us a good idea whether it's file related or something happening in the LMS.
