Help needed with draw from question bank

Hi.  I have a eLearning module which was working previously (annoyingly) in regards to the question bank.  I have made some amendments to the file bu organising it by scenes, but other than that everything remains the same.  I have a draw from a question bank for completion of 15 questions at 100%.  I have my own navigation within the question banks questions.  On a success feedback, there is a continue button navigating to "next slide".  It all works ok until the final question is completed and it is supposed to go to the results slide.  I just get a spinning wheel and it doesn't move on.  My results slide has variables to say on success show a pass/fail layer as set in my draw.  I wonder if it is to do with having my own navigation and not using the standard next/previous - but it wasn't doing this previously until i changed the scenes set up.  I am on the newest version on Articulate 360.  Help please!!!
