Help on tracking

Hello,  we are dropping tracking in our storyline files to the LMS RDS about 4% of the time.  I looked at the LMS commit function and also at the LMS finish function in the built SCORM package.  But, I do not see how these are triggered by events as the user takes the course.  Clearly, we capture most of the time on an exit, and we get an update on start as well.  But there appears to be a LMScommit call that we can place upon the next key, but it is never triggered.
