HELP please - Adding Video to a course

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone may be able to assist.
We are using Articulate360 and hosting e-learning on Learning Seat. I have recently completed a full suite of mandatory training modules and everything has been fine except 1 module. This WHS module has a 9 minute Fire Safety video built in (tried MP4 and Flash). The issue is, it works absolutely fine on the network and when opened in IE but just freezes when opened in anything else or on any other device than a PC.
Does anyone have experience using 360 + Learning Seat and using video that could perhaps give me some pointers? Learning Seat technical personnel are just saying Articulate 360 is the issue.

Hi there Sue! Sorry you're having this trouble. I can help!
Let's test your file in another LMS environment. That will tell us whether the problem lies within your LMS or with your Storyline file. SCORM Cloud is a great option--it's industry standard, and it's free!
If you'd like help with that testing, attach your file here. I'll take care of the rest!

Sorry to hear that you've run into difficulty with this, but we should be able to assist in getting down to the root of the issue.
The first good test, is to see if you are able to replicate the issue via SCORM Cloud. This will let us know if the issue lies with the project or within the LMS.
What publish format did you utilize when publishing:
If you need us to take a look, you are welcome to share the .story file.

Do you have an issue with my published output here?
I also thought sharing the zipped published output for you to share on Learning Seat to see if you have the same issue could be helpful.

thanks so much for replying. I have no issues viewing your published version and no issues with viewing it in Scorm Cloud.
I will go back to Learning Seat and see what we can do. Very frustrating and challenging! :)
