I am desperate! I have gone through a gazillion of the posts here and feel like I have tried everything to fix this problem and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.
Looking to have users retake the quiz numerous times. I am not interested in letting multiple attempts per question (I have turned off feedback on questions) but rather multiple attempts at taking the quiz in its' entirety.
No matter what I do, I cannot seem to get the quiz questions to allow the user to retake the quiz. It clears the answers but will not allow me to choose another answer.

I made 3 updates to your file. I also had to move the Knowledge Check opening slide as it wouldn't progress to the first question slide using the next button - there must be something corrupt on that slide so you may need to rebuild it.
1. Changed the revisit slide property from 'reset to initial state' to 'automatically decide'.
2. Added the 'jump to q1 slide' trigger after the reset results trigger on the 'retry button' on the results slide.
3. Question 6 the MC options text box was overlaying the Submit button - sometimes it would work sometimes not...I decreased the height of the text box so it didn't overlap.
I've just tried to run through the file again and there seems to be an issue with the buttons on the result slide. I added a shape with the correct triggers to reset the results and jump to q1 and it works, but those same triggers on the 'RETRY' button don't work.
I think the template you are using may be corrupt.

Once I have chance to go through your changes in detail would you mind if I reached out with any questions? I am learning how to use Storyline and I have no one I can reach out to with questions outside of this forum.
