I have not been able to get my results and status to submit to our LMS correctly. I still have the status being set to 'Incomplete', can someone take a look at the attached and tell me what triggers or Publish setting I have wrong?
Thank you for your reply, just to confirm...are my setting on the Reporting and Tracking correct? The status in our LMS is not changing to Completed when the user has reached the required min 80% test score.
Also, these are the two triggers I have set at the 'timeline start' are you saying I should add a third that 'submits results' at timeline starts? I'm confused on how/when the triggers should be set on the 'Success' slide to submit results......then how does the Complete status get sent. I don't know why this is confusing me so much but I cannot get our LMS settings to work correctly. Thank you for your time
Yes! The Reporting and Tracking settings you shared in those screenshots are correct. No changes needed there. 👌
After taking a second look at your screenshot, I can see that the triggers on the base layer are correct as is. No additional triggers are needed on the base layer.
On the Correctlayer, you only need these two triggers, in this order:
Submit results [Result Slide] when the timeline starts on the Result Slide.
Exit course when the user clicks the Exit course button.

Thanks for including the screenshots! I would make a small adjustment to the triggers on the result slide. Here are the two triggers I would use:
