[Help please!] translation export font display issue

Thanks very much for sharing the document. Though this doesn't allow us to test with your Storyline project, I can see the formatting issues you're referring to.

Also, and I'm not sure if this will help, but you can select everything in the Word document (by using CTRL+A) and clear all the formatting in the document. Now, this does remove the formatting in all of the exported content, this is why I'm unsure if this will be a solution for you. However, if you're mainly concerned with the visibility for your translators, this may help.

Also, for the text itself, it is adjustable on my end. For example, one of the lines I noticed looks cut off. If you click and drag the lines to adjust this, it doesn't change the position of the text. However, modifying the spacing on that particular line does improve the visibility:

I've not used this feature before so I'm wary to play with the formatting too much -- does modifying the spacing on the line as you've done alter the import in any way? I'd prefer to preserve formatting.

To be honest, the spacing looked much better after adjusting it. I didn't do anything crazy, just adjusted it to one that would make the text appear a little better and less "floating" - it did look like it was trying to escape! :)

I think you should be OK modifying this. If you're concerned, save a back up copy of either the Storyline file or the original document. That way, if you don't like the changes you make, you can always go back to the original.

In the meantime, you can certainly share the .story file with us privately. There's a couple of ways to do this. You can share a link for the course in a private message with me (if you have access to a file-sharing site). Or you can submit the file through a support case. If you decide to share the file through a support case, please share the case number here, so we can follow up on the forums and share any updates for others that might run into this issue.
