I am publishing two courses with HTML 5 via Storyline 2. I am putting them in our LMS, Cornerstone, and need them to play on the iPad. I have tried them via the LMS app and Safari and I am getting the same results. One of the courses will launch and work perfectly, until the user gets to the quiz at the end. Once the user clicks to take the quiz, the screen goes white and never loads. The other course will not play at all. It gives a blank white screen and will not load. I have republished the files and I still get the same issues. I'm at a loss. Any ideas?
Hi, Erin -- I just wanted to stop in to mention that you would be able to use the SCORM Cloud for testing to a certain degree with the free trial offered. Are you able to re-create this issue if you test the course in SCORM Cloud? If so, would you be able to share the .story file for us to take a look?
