I have a project that I am working on that I can't get to exit the course properly and accurately track the learners' status. I have passed/incomplete and have the number of slides to complete as 47 (there are 48 slides in total..the last slide is the "click here to end course").
Here is the attachment- had to get permission first before sharing :)
See what you can do...by the end of the slides, I want to be able to have the learner noted as either complete or incomplete. Right now, when I complete it, it notes it as being unsuccessful.

Hi Janice
have you tried testing it in SCORM cloud (industry standard LMS) that will tell you if it is a SL setting or an LMS setting that may be the issue.
Also here is a troubleshooting blog that may help you
Hi Janice,
You could add a Finish button with a exit course trigger on the last slide. This helps the LMS record the correct status.
Hi Sheena-
I have done this on the last slide. I have a button with a trigger to "exit course".
Hi Janice,
If you exit the course and then hit F5 on your LMS score page, it usually updates.
I am a complete newbie here.
What is the LMS score page? I "reset" it and it comes back as unsuccessful.
Could you please share your story file?

Hi Janice!
I was able to get a Complete when testing in SCORM Cloud.
Published here.
Perhaps the issue is limited to your LMS? Did you test in SCORM Cloud as Wendy mentioned above?
Thanks for all of your help guys-
I redid- the project and saved it as SCORM 2004 instead of SCORM 1.2 and that seemed to work.
I have a complete for me now too!
Janice
