Hello, I am using Storyline 360, and am having difficulty with my results on my quiz slide downloading into the Blackboard Learn Grade book. I have dug through the forums for both Storyline, and Blackboard, and think it is a Storyline problem as the answers go to Blackboard, but it is not graded. I have attached a screenshot of what Blackboard reports, as well as the settings I have in BB. Any advice would be appreciated.
If Blackboard is seeing the users' answers, it sounds like they are receiving the data that Storyline sends to your LMS, which would include the score for your course.
What points values did you assign to each question and did you set up a passing score on the results slide?
Another good way to check if it's an LMS or Storyline issue is to test it in another environment. SCORM Cloud is an industry standard for LMS testing, and you could review the article here to get started.
