I have a problem with one of my trainings where the seek bar stops before it reaches the end, all the audio and animation is finished by the seek bar stops short, and so my learners can't click next since I have it set up that they can't move on until the slide finishes (for time requirement reasons). My timeline doesn't have any gaps and it occurs no matter the browser. It even happens when I preview the slide but I can't figure out how to get rid of it.
Okay I fixed it! For some reason the wipe animation on the last object was causing the stop. I changed it to a fade and it fixed it self. Very strange and frustrating.
High-five, Crystal! 🖐 Kudos to you for finding the culprit! I haven't heard of a wipe animation causing this kind of problem, but I'll definitely look into it further. Thanks for letting us know how you solved it!
