I am slammed up to a huge deadline. I recompiled a module to add another screen of content. The audio and triggers work fine in Storyline, and they behave on my web sandbox, but now some of the audio doesn't work in the LMS! The zip file contains the slide's MP3 audio files, but it's not playing for some of the slides in my training. Any ideas? TIA!
It's difficult to say, but you may want to look at testing the course by uploading it to SCORM Cloud as well, which is an industry standard for testing LMS content. These directions will walk you through how to test the content there.
Thanks Ashley. Unfortunately our organization isn't in a position to pay for SCORM cloud testing. We use a statewide LMS, and we have an LMS sandbox for testing. This module worked successfully before, but now it seems to have become corrupted. This is a big deal for me. :-0
SCORM Cloud is free to upload content into (I believe there is a limit for around 100 mb). Do you have the original .story file? If so, and you believe it's become corrupted, do you think it's corrupted the published output in your LMS or the original file? If you're able to share the .story file I'm also happy to take a look if you can share it here.
