My computer was just upgraded to Windows 7. Unfortunately, in the upgrade, I lost my photographic characters that I received when I purchased Storyline. I need them back a.s.a.p. ... I'm knee-deep in a presentation using them! Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you lost the characters in the upgrade to Windows 7. You'll need to likely to reinstall the character pack following the directions here to install them, and if you need the information regarding your activation serial number you can connect with our Sales Support team.
