All projects I have created so far, were done with Storyline 1. Now, I am trying to use Storyline 3 and, after upgrading my existent projects, I noticed that many of the animations settings were lost (when I run the preview for the slides). Also, I am creating one project from scratch using Storyline 3 and am having problem with animation as well.
Great call to also open a support case for these animation issues! I see my teammate, Ronaziel, shared our handy resource on adding transitions to slides and layers and recreated the affected slides. Looks like some layers became corrupted, but I'm glad they work correctly now!
