Help with Audio issue

I am having some audio issues. On slides 3.2 with the groove layer, I am getting some issues. When I click on one of the buttons in the groove layer it takes me to a lightbox slide. When I return to the layer from the lightbox the audio from my other two layers (fillet and plug/slot) will play. The same thing happens in 6.2. Which is pretty much the same setup. Can someone take a look and give me your opinion.

On the two layers, try adding triggers that play media audiofile_xyz when timeline starts.
Michael, That fix work but I don't understand why the problem existed and why this would fix it. Thanks for the help.
You and me both! I don't have an explanation for this issue either, it shouldn't happen in the first place.

Leslie, thanks. I am also having problems in this story file with some graphics showing up in review mode when they aren't supposed to. after the layer or slide plays all the way thru, when you return to it, it performs as designed.

I'm encoutering this glitch in a project of mine as well.
Michaels work around work well for the audio problem (thank you!), but when I reveal the layers as intended after opening and closing the lightbox, all of the objects on the layer are in the state they should be in at the end of that timeline. (i.e. objects that come in half way are already visible and re-animate when they were supposed to come in initially).
I also have triggers that change variables on those layers. Interestingly, those do not seem to be affected.

Having the audio issue as well.
If I set the audio to play at start of timeline, this stops all the slide layers from playing at once, but it also stops the replay of audio on the layer. On replay the audio does not trigger.
I've tried to moving the trigger to .25 sec of the timeline, but that sets off all the audios on the close of the lightbox.

Went back to version Build 3.21.17083.0 (thanks to the new feature in Articulate 360 app it was easy) and the issue goes away.

I just posted about the same issue. Sorry for the redundant message.
It's very annoying for us given that we are using lightboxes for our Feedback layers... for every question, there is a lightbox with a correction launched from the Incorrect feedback layer and when you close the lightbox, it automatically plays the sound of the Correct feedback layer.
Note that it only happens the first time you close the lightbox. If you click on Correction again and re-open the lighbox, it works fine.
It makes no sense for me.
