Help with data entry fields

Hello,

I am attempting to create a multiple fill in the blanks slide for an upcoming work project in Articulate Storyline 2.  I followed the instructions I found here: https://articulate.com/support/article/how-to-evaluate-multiple-fill-in-the-blanks-on-the-same-slide

I am having trouble getting the document to play out the fill in the blank scenario and I was wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions on how to fix  my variables so the trigger works correctly and gives the trainee either a correct or incorrect response based on what they have entered.
