Help with getting the Reveiw Quiz option to work properly

Oct 30, 2013

From the results slide layer, I have selected the Allow User to Review Quiz checkbox and show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing is selected.  When I preview the quiz scene, I can click on the Review button, but the check mark only appears next to the correct answer - not the incorrect option that I selected when testing the quiz.  Also, the red incorrect bar appears even if I answered the question correctly.  After reviewing all the questions, I land back on the original results page; but my original score is gone and is now reset to 0%.  I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

Good Morning, Carolyn.

I can't think of anything you could have done wrong that would cause this behavior.  Does this problem persist when your content is published for LMS and uploaded to its intended environment for testing, or is this strictly a problem during Preview?

Either way, it would probably be best if you could send us a copy of your .story project file for a closer look.  Thanks!

It will only show the first four question in the review. There are 10 question selected in the results slide.

Hello Ken - looks like you may be replying via e-mail.

Two things:

1. Your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed and here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

2. Your attachment doesn't make it through

So, feel free to edit and then attach your .story file right here in your reply:

The file is too large to send.
