Help with hearing recorded audio!

Hi there,

I have a deadline coming up soon and have spent hours recording content in Storyline 360.  When I preview or play the audio, the recorded content shows that it's playing but no audio is heard...any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know that you've run into an issue with your audio playback.

We were aware of a similar issue a while back, which you can see detailed here.

Otherwise, it may be a system specific setting and there are a few solutions outlined in this conversation.

Please let us know how that troubleshooting works for you or if we need to dig a bit deeper to determine what you're running into.
