Help with interactions

Sep 18, 2012

I have just started using Storyline and I'm really enjoying how easy it is to create interactions that took a lot of time and coding to create in Flash! However I am struggling to figure out the following - I have a list of bullet pionts that I want to appear one by one when the learner clicks on an image/shape. I have used a hotspot placed over my image that when the user clicks on it, the information appears (using layers). But when the next hotspot in the list is clicked, the information from the previous bullet hides while the new information appears. Is there a way to keep the previous bullet on the screen when clicking through the list? I.e. how to keep an interaction visible on the screen while the user clicks on the next interaction. I hope I have explained my question properly.

Hi Lisa, and welcome to the Heroes Community

Is it possible for you to post the .story file here, (using the "paperclip" icon), so that we can have a quick look?

Once again, a warm welcome.

Bruce

PS - just had a play with this - try going to the "gear" setting on the layers, and unchecking the "Hide other Layers" option.
