Help with Next button disable

I have successfully disabled the Next button until the media completes. The problem is if the user uses previous. When you come back to the slide, it shows as already played and will not play again. So I am on slide 4 and I have to wait until the media is one before I can click next but instead i click previous and go toslide 3. Slide plays fine and then when it gets to lide 4, it is stuck at the end. I can click on tabs, etc. but the audio and basic slide do npt play - it is stuck on the end. How do I et around that/? Thanks to anyone/everyone who can help.

In Slide Properties, there's a drop-down called "When revisiting." It defaults to "Automatically decide." Try setting it to "Reset to initial state." That should allow whatever you've got programmed to begin from scratch when the user returns.
