Help with quiz for business letters

Hi there.  I am new to Articulate and am currently working on developing resources for a business course.  What I would like to produce is a gap fill exercise for a letter writing exercise.  The student will be required to select the a piece of a letter or email and place it in the correct place.

I thought perhaps I could produce a letter containing gaps then the student could drag them into the correct place - I also thought that maybe could give them more say 10 options but there are only 8 gaps to fill so they need to choose the correct option.

Hope this makes sense.  Feel sure that loads of these have already been produced and it is something really basic.
