Currently, Articulate Storyline doesn't support HTML5-only output. Flash output will always be included. Your learners will automatically see the best version for their device and browser. However, you can bypass the Flash output and force the HTML5 output to launch by default. See this article for details.

Thank you so much for your answer. I tried it and it works just fine!
Due to the limited wide band connection we have, we need to lighten the scorm. The idea is to keep only the html5 components inside the package.
Do you know if it's possible to just erease the swf components and other elements that are not being used by the htlm5 mode?

We do not support any modification of the published output and this is not something I've tested because of that same reason.
Perhaps someone in the community will be able to chime in and offer assistance if they've done similar.
