I'm a new Storyline user and am utilizing version 2 to create a module. I've created my slide from scratch where the user will have to click on a layer to access additional info. I've tried adding an additional layer that changes the layer state to visited and grays out the content but it's not working. Anyone have any suggestions or work arounds?
For the second slide, I would advise ungrouping the little clouds, and deleting the text boxes. Groups just don't act like other objects. Right click the cloud, and choose Edit Text, and you can put text on them that is part of them, and doesn't affect how they act.
Hi, Julienne -- Thanks for providing your file, and I also think what Walt suggested will work for what you for are hoping to accomplish. Please let us know if that is what you had in mind or if you still need assistance. :)

Can you share your file so we can see how you initially have set it up?
Sure - here it is!
Do you intend for them to click on the button and see the layer with the information grayed out, or do you want the button to appear gray ?
