Hello- I am new to Storyline and working on editing an imported PPT into Storyline. I am having difficulty editing PPT text into Storyline. It seems that the text is frozen on the slides - for some of the slides and I am unable to alter/change in any way. Please advise! Thanks :)
There isn't a way to combine or connect both accounts and it looks like you've posted using both as well.
You're not that many posts in, so just stick to the one easiest for you perhaps. The official one (not gmail) is matched to your purchase, so that may be easiest in the long run.

Sorry to hear that you're running into difficulty with your PowerPoint import.
Would you be able to share a sample of your .ppt/.pptx file for us to import and take a closer look?
