I was unable to download your file - I received a message that it was dangerous. But you may want to look at posting the .story file here and if it's too large that you zipped it, then I'd look at including just a few sample slides. Additionally if you'd like to look at customizing the invalid answer message you can review the information here.
Thanks for your feedback on the message customisation. I have attached the story, it would be great if you could offer any advice to make short answers capable of of exporting to LMS.
It looks like you've set up the short answers to be submitted when the timeline starts, but that seems to then not allow the user time to answer the question? That could be a part of why you're unable to see the results in your LMS. Have you upload it to your LMS to see how it's reporting and tracking? You could also look at using SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content. Here are directions on how to go through the testing.
