Hidden Text Box

Hello Community!
I'm working on editing someone else's Storyline project and I'm coming across a glitch. There is a slide that needs a text flip (too much info to fit on one slide layer) and in the timeline below the slide, I can see where the author has put in "text box 3", but I can't actually find the text box on the slide itself. (The text is white on a black screen so I originally thought maybe they just didn't change the text to white, but this isn't the case...I can't find the text box at all!)
Any ideas for me?

If you click Text box 3 in the timeline then check the Edit states tab it's not set to initial state 'hidden' is it? If not, can you share the file so we can take a look and see if we can help you find it.
Thank you, Wendy! I was not able to see anything when I clicked on the Edit States tab. I've attached the slide here. Hopefully a solution is out there! :)

the author has turned off the eye icon in the timeline to 'hide' the text box - just click that and it will reveal the text box. Hope that helps
