When I select the option 'hide object on base layer' for some objects on a slide layer, sometimes it doesn't work. Some of the selected objects are still visible on the slide layer when I preview the slide. Does anyone know how this could happen? I already tried to undo the option and select it again, but the objects are still visible. Thanks.
The problem is slide 1.19. When you click on some buttons, you see two characters behind each other on the slide layer. I think the second character behind the first one is the character of the base layer, but I am not sure about it. Thank you very much for your help.
Annemijn, from the published content you had posted it's difficult to find 1.19 and what may b wrong with the slide setup. Could you post the source (.story) of this slide?
There is no menu so I cannot sort out the slide 1.19. Please copy paste the slide in which there is problem in a new project and send me the story file.
Double-check your triggers. You have some duplicate triggers and some triggers with invalid states that point to the character on the baselayer. See the screenshot for an example of both issues.

Hey Annemijn!
In slide properties, set allow seeking to "No." I hope it helps.
Best of luck!
Thanks for your answer. I already did but it still doesn't work... Other ideas?
I would be in a better position to help if you share your file please.

Of course, you are right. Here you go.

See the attachment for the single slide.

Thank you very much, I solved the problem!
Happy to hear that Annemijn!
